Use of the data

You may:

• Download the data in any format available on the poi4free.com site and use it on your GPS device.
• Download the data in any format available on the poi4free.com site and make it available for download on your own web-site as long as the following conditions are met:
  1. Access to the data is free and does not require any registration and/or payment.
  2. The data is followed with a note of the source of the data. This can be the text "poi4free.com" and/or a link to this site.
  Note: Instead of downloading the data and making it available on your own site we recommend that you instead link to the data on the poi4free.com site (See the section on Linking below). This way your users will always have access to the latest updates of the POI data.

You may NOT:

• Download data from the poi4free.com site and make it available on a web-site that requires registration and/or payment for access to the data.

Linking

You may:

• Link to any page on the poi4free.com site, except directly to the file downloads.

You may NOT:

• Link directly to any file download (either to downloadpois.php or to the compiled POI files).
  Instead you should link using getpois.php.

Entering data

You may NOT:

• Try to enter POIs for illegal or "immoral" activities such as (but NOT limited to) prostitution or selling of drugs.
  What it considered "immoral" is solely up to the site owner.
